Directions to Use:

We’ve made getting your daily dose of protein Mighty tasty and Mighty easy. Thaw the product to room temperature Open the curry ,pour onto a pan and heat. Add the thawed Fish Fillet from packet to curry. Cook Slowly stir occasionally for 5 minuits till boil. Garnish with fresh corianders and serve it hot.
