Which dal has high protein content ?

–  Pigeon pea or toor dal is a good source of protein and fibre and it also contains vitamins and minerals. Moreover, Masoor & Urad dal are also known for their high protein content.

What’s the difference between toor and masoor dal ?

–  Both are different. Toor dal is a pigeon pea legume, and masoor dal comes from red lentils. Toor dal has a nutty flavour, while masoor dal has a more earthy flavour.
